2. Please indicate where you want the Gift Membership sent. If you want to give the Welcome Pack to the recipient yourself, ensure that the Shipping Address is set to your own address. If you prefer, we can send the pack directly to the recipient – just put their address as the Shipping Address.
3. Please indicate if the Gift Membership is for a special occasion such as a birthday.
